Delivery Information

Milano offers delivery option to all customers. We have our own delivery service and also employ third-party delivery options.

Our products are made following the request/order of the customer, thus it is expected to take 2-3 days for the order to be processed and shipped.  The customer will be notified on each step of the process and can check the details by logging in. Once the product is shipped we expect it to arrive within the next 3-5 working days, pertaining external factors, such as weather conditions or possible mishaps. We take utmost care that the delivery is done within the time frame and the customer receives the order within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order.

For now Milano offers delivery to customer inside United Arab Emirates. Delivery will be free for all orders above 250AED and below that we will be charging 30AED as delivery charges  inside UAE. For international customers we don’t have the option for free shipping and the customer will have to pay the delivery charges once the product arrives at its destination.

We aim to provide 100% satisfaction for the customers in our service, so we double check the products before they are send to be shipped or delivered to our customers. But in case there is an unexpected circumstance, where the product is damaged / faulty / wrong product was delivered, we take responsibility to fulfil the customers wish and are ready to make a replacement for the order. The customers are given 7 days from the day of delivery to notify us of the issue and we will collect the product and replace the product with a new one.
