Milano Company is a company established under the laws of the United Arab Emirates; and manages the website and the Milano Beddings and Comforters for smartphones and aims to empower you and enable users to browse the company's products and goods and request their purchases and Milano reserves the right to delete, add or amend any content in the application and the website for any reason without Refer users, and the company will make every effort to provide the information as accurate as possible.

All terms and conditions of banking transactions, refunds, or disputes apply under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2 Payment and purchase:

2.1 Milano supports only cash on delivery currently and will not request any bank details in this regard.

2.2 Milano Beddings and Comforters and our website do not keep any bank data related to the customer at all. The saved data relates only to the name, contact number, address and e-mail.

2.4 Once the purchase order is completed by the user. The user must pay all the required amounts upon completion of the purchase process, including the price of the requested products, value-added tax, and shipping if mentioned or present.

 

3 Products and merchandise:

3.1 Milano seeks to provide the products on the website and the application to be as close to reality as possible in terms of colors, images and description.

3.2 The prices of products, such as events, offers, and discounts, may vary from time to time, so the user should visit the website and application to view the latest goods and prices.

3.3 If the purchased goods are unavailable in stock, the customer will be contacted to inform him of his lack of availability and to obtain approval to replace or delete it from the invoice.

 

4 Shipping:

4.1 In order for Milano to be able to deliver your order, you are responsible for providing all your required data correctly and accurately to complete the purchase process.

4.2 Milano is not responsible for delays in shipping products if they are caused by providing inaccurate information when purchasing or not responding to the customer.

4.3 The order receipt process takes 2 to 4 working days, and sometimes it may extend for two or more days if certain products are in the order, such as mattresses.

4.4 If any problem occurs with the product during shipping before it reaches the customer, we will gladly bear the replacement of the product for you.

4.5 The products are carefully checked before being packed and shipped to the customer to avoid any problems or deficiencies in the order.

 

5 Returns & Refunds:

5.1 Milano always aims to satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with our services or products, we are happy to replace the purchased product within a week of its purchase, provided that the product is not used, damaged, or dirty, and the management on our part decides that.

5.2 If the customer wants to exchange the product and the terms of exchange have been met, any difference in your favor will be calculated as a balance registered with us in your wallet. You can use it later in the application and the website, but if it is in our favor, you must definitely pay the extra difference and the delivery cost.

5.3 The customer has the right to replace the product or refund the amount only in the case of a clear mistake from our side, such as sending a wrong product to the customer or a product that has a clear defect or manufacturing defect.

5.4a The cashback process needs a period not exceeding 7 days.

5.4b In case of the purchase and the payment process was through the installments service, visa, or any bank card, then the customer wanted to cancel the order before receiving it, the customer has the right to refund the amount paid, and this will be done within 14 days of the cancellation request, with deduction of the bank’s percentage of Card  payment, which is 3.5%, which is non-refundable

The request is subject to the return above and exchange conditions if the order was delivered.

5-5 Choosing the wrong mattress size may cause damage to the bed, such as breaking or scratching it. If any damage occurs to the bed because of sending a wrong measurement to the customer and the reason for the wrong size, our company, Milano, will undertake the repair or replacement of the bed, but if the wrong size of the mattress is chosen by the customer, Milano Company would not bear the responsibility Any consequences, and for the rank, the replacement will be within the terms and conditions mentioned.

5.6 If the customer chooses the wrong mattress size, removes the nylon, or uses the mattress, then the customer can't replace it, knowing that we will try our best to facilitate the replacement process and not incur any additional cost the customer.


6 important information:

6.1  If you disagree with the terms and conditions, you should not use the Milano website or the Milano Beddings and Comforters.

6.2 The terms and conditions may be updated periodically, so we advise you to review the terms and conditions page periodically.

6.3  Milano has made every effort to provide accurate product information with correct images and colors. Still, there may be slight differences due to the different computer and phone screens from each other.

6.4  Milano website and application will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC countries subject to penalties according to the law of the United Arab Emirates.

7 Dispute Management:
